In my first episode in almost 2 years I have a great conversation with the head boys basketball coach at Moore High School Pat McGee. Pat takes us through his time living in Chicago to the transition of moving to the city of Louisville and now coaching at his old high school Moore.

In Episode 176 Larry O'Bannon joins the show again to give his feelings on the current state of the Louisville basketball program as well as his thoughts about the hire of Kenny Payne.

In Episode 175 Beef welcomes back Coach Scott Davenport to the show. Coach gives his thoughts on the recent behind the scenes video, as well as the NCAA's decision to keep the Knights out of the NIT.

In Episode 174 Beef welcomes in current Louisville Cardinal Linebacker Monty Montgomery who catches us up on his rehab, as well as fills us in on the things he's done throughout his life leading him to Louisville.

In Episode 173 Beef briefly recaps the UofL BC game and previews the upcoming UofL game against NC State, then does a great one on one interview with UofL basketball great Nate Johnson.

In Episode 172 Beef recaps the WIlder Fury fight, as well as the start of the NBA, the UofL red white scrimmage, and the UVA and BC football games.
