How do highly successful attorneys become – and stay – successful?
#1 – Answer every single call right away, or return it within 5 minutes (it might sound impossible, but it’s not!).
#2 – Show empathy.
#3 – Be honest and accurate, but also be positive.
#4 – Ensure all relevant information is gathered from the get-go.
#5 – FOLLOW UP! It's listed last, but might be most important of all.
This list isn’t comprehensive, but it’s a good start that is sure to place you above your competitors in the eyes of potential and current clients. And that means more clients, better referrals, and good reviews.
