So, what's next for Georgia Ridler?

So, what's next for Georgia Ridler?

I walked away from speaking to Georgia thinking, "Jeez... it's nice to hear my thoughts are normal." Welcome to another week of So, what's next? and on this week's episode, we have the Lead Performance Psychologist at the Australian Olympic Committee, Georgia Ridler. After speaking to so many athletes, I wanted to find out more about how our mental wellbeing can affect our performance, the importance of the work life balance, the incredible skills that athletes learn that can be used in the world of employment and how to identify as more than just an athlete. I truly encourage any athlete and person, regardless of where they're at in their career, give this episode a listen.

So, what's next for Cheltzie Lee and Sam Hall?

So, what's next for Cheltzie Lee and Sam Hall?

Why on earth are there two names in the title? That's right, we have double the guest speakers on today's episode! Let's welcome 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic figure skater, Cheltzie Lee and 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic freestyle skier in mogul skiing, Sam Hall. Apart from the fact that these two have some incredible sporting achievements under their belt, they also MET through sport and so I thought what better way to share their transitions out of sport than with each other. This episode is filled with banter and them finishing each other's sentences and I'm absolutely here for it. I hope you all enjoy the episode and much as I did recording it.
