I had the privilege of interviewing Reuben Kigame, a presidential aspirant in the 2022 general elections. He was however locked out by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). We spoke briefly about why he thinks the IEBC locked him out and how he still plans to continue being active in the politics and governance of the country. It was quite an intriguing though brief interview I had with him.

In this episode, I have a seat down with Mutcy, A mental health advocate and Co-founder of Men's Hub. We talk about the mental health situation in the country and the milestones we have had thus far. Notably, there has been an increase in awareness of mental health , and gender-based violence, especially in the last two years. We had fun and enlightened on different issues. 

In the last year or so we have seen an emphasis on the importance of community health workers in the public health space especially in the fight against the covid 19 pandemic. Educating and empowering the community on health issues has been proven to be the most effective way of dealing with public health. In this episode i talk to a public health officer who has had experience working with the community and gives his take on community health.

In this episode i am joined by Moffat Mshauri ,a psychologist and family therapist to discuss mental health.

In this episode my guest, Mathew Kalundu an aspiring author and a young person passionate about leadership gives his wisdom on what leadership is, why its important and how we are supposed to take part in leadership. With a few months to the August 2022 general elections, it's prudent we have conversations concerning leadership and know our responsibilities as citizens. 

Public Participation has been enshrined in the constitution and is an important process that cannot be overlooked. Public participation has been made mandatory by the constitution in policy and law-making processes. The constitution also establishes key institutions for public participation, directs the establishment of statutory bodies, and enacts legislation for effective participation.
