Today I got to have a great leaugh while talking to some coaches about the funny things that we've seen along the years of coaching and working with kids.

This week we discuss what drives/motivates us, hopefully it sparks that special something to find your own motivation on a day you're struggling to remember.

Today I get into finding and getting involved with the right youth sports program and some other tips on how to evaluate the programs for which you're already involved.

Today I sat down with our competitive basketball coordinator, Coach Derek, and we discussed the first game day of our competitive basketball league.
