All is well.
All is clear.
All is within me,
To live life right here.
PAUSE
Possibilities appear,
Fireworks in the sky.
I stand here in awe.
Knowing I can fly.
PAUSE
It requires I release,
The old versions of me.
Strip away the past,
And let me fly free.
PAUSE
Fall, fall, fall away,
Old stories that keep me bound.
Breathe, breathe, breathe them out,
The process is profound.
PAUSE
All is well.
All is sweet.
All is within me.
I am complete.
LONG PAUSE
When pain comes around,
Tapping on my door.
It wants me to say yes to,
The comfort it's given before.
PAUSE
But why would I want it,
This pain that grabs at me?
Because it keeps me safe,
Affirms an identity.
PAUSE
But if I’m willing to let go,
Of everything I’ve been,
The pain can move through me,
Be part of my evolution.
PAUSE
So slow, slow, slow it down,
Open up more space.
Let go of past and future,
This moment is mine to embrace.
All is well.
All is energy.
All is within me,
To create and be.
LONG PAUSE
In this space of nothingness,
Potential vibrates and sings.
Now it’s up to me,
To breathe life into my dreams.
PAUSE
I focus on my thoughts,
On everything I desire.
My body and emotions,
Raise the vibration higher.
PAUSE
I set my intentions,
One with my what and why.
Then I hand over the how,
To the magic of the Divine.
PAUSE
I go about my day,
Like my dreams are here.
Their inevitability,
Dissolves all the fear.
PAUSE
And wouldn’t you know,
Those fireworks of possibilities,
Begin to take shape,
Dreams manifest with ease.

No longer do I fight.
No longer do I fear.
I can create anything,
When I live right here.

The time has now come,
To say the final goodbyes.
The moment is finally here,
This hasn’t been a surprise.
PAUSE
The tears keep escaping,
And my throat won’t let pass,
All the words I want to say,
While I have you in my grasp.
PAUSE
My mind is a mixture,
Of memories and gratitude.
I’m trying to be present,
So I don’t come unglued.
PAUSE
It hits me in small moments,
As I’m called to look back,
Just how magical it has been,
To have walked along this path.
PAUSE
The memories, the lessons,
And all the love from others.
They’ve all become a part of me,
Blended waves and vibrant colors.
PAUSE
Excitement,
Regret,
And Wisdom,
Let them all swirl somehow.
Inhale,
Exhale,
And be here,
The end of an era is now.

Love begins to flood me,
As I appreciate all that’s been.
A little anxiety bubbles up,
Knowing what’s ‘round the bend.

Let yourself feel the feels,
I tell myself with grace.
This is what life’s about,

As I say goodbye to all of this,
And turn my gaze ahead,
I’m reminded that it’s all a game,

Slow down,
And bring yourself back home.
PAUSE…
Find the rhythm of your breathing.
The slow rise of your belly and chest and you breathe in.
And the contraction of your body as you breathe out.
PAUSE…
Be here,
With your breath.
Riding its gentle waves in and out of your body.
Over and over again,
Settling into its cycle.
LONG PAUSE…
Now take a big, deep breath in,
Imagining the air clearing out what’s inside.
Hold it for just a moment.
And then breathe out,
Releasing the air, and everything not needed inside.
PAUSE…
Breathe in deep again,
This time letting the air stretch your spine straight,
From the bottom of your tailbone,
All the way up to the crown of your head.
And then let the air go,
Exhaling and softening your body into comfort.
PAUSE…
Relax your breathing,
And let it find a nice, easy rhythm.
PAUSE…
Notice the natural slowing down of your breathing,
And clearing of your mind,
As you focus your attention on the air coming in,
And the air going out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
PAUSE…
Let the thoughts pass,
As you come back to your breath.
LONG PAUSE…
Now take another full, deep breath in,
Gathering up any thoughts,
Worries,
Or plans,
And holding your breath for just a moment at the top.
Hold it.
And then let it go,
Releasing all the air,
All the worries,
All the thoughts,
All the plans,
Into the space around you,
Watching them dissolve and disappear.
PAUSE…
Now hold yourself up straight as you breathe in one last big breath,
Expanding your spine and releasing the tension within,
Imagining all that air rising to the top of your head,
And then exhale,
Releasing your breath,
Calming your mind,
And relaxing your body.
PAUSE…
Let yourself settle once again into the steady, easy flow of your breathing.
And just be here for a bit.
PAUSE…
Feeling light.
Clear.
Fresh.
