One of the topics keeping me up at night is the current discourse on Identity Politics. In today’s world we are confronted with both a progress towards inclusion and diversity as well as a resentment and a rage against it. To talk about this and get a new perspective I couldn't think of anyone better than my next guest.
For 20 Years she has been a professor for business administration, a trainer for diversity and inclusion, and a corporate consultant. Professora Anna Svea Fischer has been teaching as a woman only since December 2020. Today she tells us her personal story as a transwoman. We talk about diversity at the workplace and what steps employers need to take, in order to achieve an inclusive work environment. Then we go into politics and discuss the current issues and discourse around identity politics. Professora Anna then ends our talk with Sir Karl Popper’s idea of an “Open Society”, something she believes to be the answer for our current issues. On today’s D.O.P.E.
