Someone asked me "Who's your audience going to be?" and I said "Well EVERYONE, It's for whoever needs it". It's to the person who needs encouragement throughout the day, to the person who needs to be kinder to themselves, to the person who needs a laugh, and especially to the person who didn't even know they needed IT.
