State of the Nation - Season 2 - Episode 3 - Outside of the UK looking in

Kate Rich and Hwa Young Jung talk with Jon Dovey about unplanned lock down life in Australia and South Korea. Recorded via phones with glitches. An end of year assessment. Time is meaningless, like holidays. Spending a lot of time in the mountains. Slow down more. Refreshing and exciting to have 3 and 5 year plans. Gant sheeting. Systems at odds with each other. Collective desire to live differently. It's not going to be all sweet.

Yosser Hughes gets a blue plaque in Liverpool and the work of Buckminster Fuller in defining what work can look like is discussed. Nina Edge talks as an observer of the mass Covid-19 testing experiment during the second wave in Liverpool in November 2020, literally where the whole city was tested (or not).
