    It’s the first day of school. Your child comes home super excited with her backpack filled with teacher expectations, papers for YOU to sign, and flyers about a whole lot of stuff. Yeah, it’s been a good day. By day four, she’s feeling a little overwhelmed, and perhaps you too. Why? Your child might be experiencing summer hangover. Summer hangover simply means your child’s brain has been on vacation – you know, passively entertained with hours of social media, music, YouTube, and TV. Mm-hmm.  So, let’s readjust because it’s back to school.  Turn the TV off! Unplug. Summer’s over.
