Champions Of Mind Podcast - Episode 230 - Happiness Workshop From Africa

Welcome to the Champions Of Mind podcast - game changing content from the UK’s leading success, mindset and motivational coaches Llewellyn and Rhys Davies and James Burtt.

This week we take you behind the scenes at our Happiness Workshop that James and Rhys delivered over in South Africa. This workshop was the girls of the orphanage that we support and the kids of the wider squatter community camp. This was a follow up session to a mini-training we delivered earlier in the year.

We used the time with the kids to highlight the importance of happiness, sharing stories that backed up how enthusiasm, self-awareness and a willingness to get through tough times gets results eventually.

This is part one of the session that we delivered - check back in for session 2.

And before you think, ‘well, this is training for kids, what can it teach me’ bear in mind that when we asked the kids to list potential obstacles to success they replied with things like violence, no money for school, no shoes, death of a parent and fear… so they might be kids but they have probably have more genuine life experience than most!
