All these resources can be a bit overwhelming. So, just start by looking and not committing. Listen to what jumps at you. Set a time limit to go over them then focus on other things. When you have an idea what the content is, you can plan to listen to them by fitting them into your schedule of the day. Feel free to try them out and see if the content resonates. Try one at a time. No pressure to go to all the links at once. I'll try to cover most of the content and share specific links to the content, in case you are unable or get overwhelmed. Don't worry, have some self compassion and know that I can try to help if you ask.
