Stephanie, from the Denver based podcast Dead House Plants, visits with CC about Pony Boy, a wretched boss she experienced at a Seattle based longterm residential center with chronic mental health issues. While Pony Boy ended up being pretty awful in general, Stephanie encounters angels all around her that come to her aid; including a bad-ass HR representative! Stephanie also shares a life lesson nugget from a previous client.

CC sits down with Sofie to talk about a chaotic work environment and the challenges Sofie faced when interacting with three different managers, with competing interests and personalities.
