My buddy Rafael is a world traveler who's currently had his adventures put on hold because of COVID-19. Normally, Rafael is in a new country or destination every week, but because things have gotten so crazy, that lifestyle's been put on hold as he finds himself quarantined in Argentina. 

Could things be worse? Of course. But Rafael has been told by the government to stay put in Argentina for the past 30+ days, which no real end in sight. To most expats, that's a textbook nightmare.

I decided to shoot my buddy a call to hear how he was doing., and long story short, he's thriving. 🤣

Making content is tough. I’m not talking about the motivation aspect of it, but more the execution. Staying consistent. When I started my website just a few months ago, I had goals (and a lot of motivations!!!) to post something new everyday - whether that be a blog post, podcast episode or video.

I was quickly smacked down by my enormous overreach.

Simply put, those goals weren’t sustainable with my lifestyle. I was juggling too much with school and life to devote the right amount of time, energy, and attention when making content - boiling down to just one thing; I needed simpler goals. More focus.

Since then, I’ve developed a (much) better understanding of what works with my schedule to ensure a good quality/quantity balance within the content I’m putting out. And on my latest podcast episode, I talk all about it.
