Body Image Issues, Insecurities and Why I Compare Myself to Myself
In this episode I go through my experience of male body image issues and insecurities associated with it. A lot of people suffer with self confidence and this can often be related back to a time in their life. Mine specifically was back in 2012 whilst at University, where I gained weight, lost it and then got into the best shape of my life... all to compare back to it ever since. I talk through nutrition and training and give my opinion on what you can do to stay motivated and enjoy your fitness!
