Mode Score certification expands on Active Score by including all modes of transportation and promoting sustainability. Early adopters of Mode Score certification have seen positive results and increased value in their buildings. Tracking emissions and carbon decrease can provide valuable data for real estate financing and sustainability efforts. More research and data are needed to further understand the impact of transportation on real estate and the environment.
