#30 Welcome To The Dead Dad Club The Symptom Wisdom Show (Previously Not So Chronic)

    • Medicina alternativa

The re-emergence episode. After a two year pause of podcasting, I am BACK. What was called Not So Chronic is now, The Symptom Wisdom Show.
This first instalment is a very personal storytelling and reflection on my father's passing in January 2023.
While it was, and is, the most tragic thing I have ever experienced, I'll be sharing how it broke me open into a deeper, more embodied woman,
how some folks just can't handle grief well (I got you),
and why/how meeting ourselves in our father wounding is so necessary in our work of reparenting the part of ourselves showing up in chronic bodymind and/or life symptoms.
This may be a particularly comforting episode to tune into if you're navigating grief or any kind of victim girl, as there will be no spiritual gaslighting bullshit. Grab a cup of tea and let's normalise talking about, and being in our grief.
