Science and expertise for bodybuilders
Great content, each episode is packed with tips and bits of knowledge far beyond the topic that is discussed that keep me coming back.
When I find myself struggling to make progress, listening to the episodes always opens a new gateway to go forward.
With a sober sense of humor (if any 🤣) those guys and gals keep adding wisdom to our journey.
Keep up the good work.
Un saludo from Spain!
