This week’s solo episode of Loving Wellness kicks off the first part of my three-part Wellness Foundations mini series. With the start of the spring season, I thought it would be the perfect time to go back to the basics and share what I believe to be the foundations of true wellness in mind, body, and spirit. In today's episode, we are covering all things MINDSET when it comes to healing. I truly believe that having a positive, loving mindset is crucial to actually feeling better & seeing positive shifts in our health. We can be doing everything "right" physically, but at the end of the day, we also need to have a healing mindset in place for true healing to occur. That's why in this ep, I'm covering some of the most important mindset shifts that I find to be integral to a successful healing journey, based both on my own journey and my work with clients.
