Itself a semi-forgotten word, originating from Webster’s Revised Unabridged Dictionary of 1913, Afterwise perfectly summarises the ethos of this podcast, created to celebrate the forgotten treasures, and perhaps commiserate the forgotten failures, that often become lost to history.
Whether it is the works of literature in the no man’s land between modern best sellers and classics, or the scientific theories that didn't quite make the standard model, through Afterwise, we aim to open a forgotten treasure trove of human society or, if worst comes to worst, at least have a good giggle.
