Sapiens Book Summary Chapter 1 | The Cognitive Revolution: An Animal Of No Significance by (Yuval Noah Harari)
Sapiens is a wondrous chronicle of the extraordinary history of the human species - from apes to rulers of the world. How did millions of years of evolution get us here? Why are the cognitive, agricultural and scientific revolutions pivotal moments in history and what uncertainty lies ahead of us? Everybody reading this is a Homosapien, yet almost everyone knows very little about the history, science and mythology of who they are. Sapiens illuminates remarkable moments in history and groundbreaking ideas that will change the way you interface with reality. I hope this book is as enlightening to you, as it was to me. You can purchase Sapiens here: https://amzn.to/3g5ROwA

The Downside of Habits | Atomic Habits Book Summary Chapter 20 (James Clear)
In the last chapter of Atomic Habits, we discuss how to review your habits, break beliefs that hold you back and break down the 'secret to long-lasting results'. As habits become automatic you can become less sensitive to feedback and can fall into mindless repetition and stop thinking about how to do better. Habits can lock us into rigid patterns of thinking and acting. We discuss this and more in this video. Thank you to James Clear for creating this book and thank you to all of you for supporting me in creating these. This is the 5th book I have summarised in full. You would be hard-pressed to find anyone as consistent, curious and tenacious as me. If you would like to support me and the creation of these book summaries please consider supporting me on Patreon.
