Christmas presents a dilemma for many youth in foster care: do I stay or do I go "home" to my birth parents? And what if your foster family wants you out for the holidays so they can be with their "real" kids?

Fortunately, as our hosts reveal, the holidays also bring a chance to bring foster and birth families together for reunification that foster youth will need when they hit 19 and are sent out into the world.
