Isolation Station: "Good is a thing you do, not a thing you are."
I’m joined in conversation this week in the isolation station by chef, nutritionist, writer, and speaker Karima Chellouf. Besides amplifying Black voices, sharing information on my Asian Canadian page and donating, this is what I can do, and to whomever listening I hope you choose to do whatever you can do as well.
