We’re excited to welcome two amazing female artists from the post production world of filmmaking. Sourath and Ilse.
Ilse Zamaripa is a 3D animator, born in Mexico but based in Montreal and has remained a child actor for the last 15 years. Well known for being a part of several hollywood productions, she is also a part-time youtuber and an animal rights activist!

Sourath is an editor and colorist based in Karachi, Pakistan, and has had a career that spans over 8 years. From co-editing her first feature MOOR, to become head of the post department at SOC films, she has worked on countless projects and remains one of the few females in the post production department in Pakistan!

In a conversation with Aly Haider, a photojournalist, story teller and Co-founder of Humans of Pakistan. On a pilgrimage to change stereotypical image of Pakistan around the world and help people who have been through hardships and life challenges. Could be found with a backpack, holding coca-cola and a camera, walking down the nooks and corners of Pakistan.

While we’re all familiar with the page, isn’t it interesting to know about the soul behind the amazing stories you read about, and how did Humans Of Pakistan spring to fruition?

Our 4th episode features clinical therapist, Nida Khan holds a double Masters in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in working with adolescents. She has worked in high schools in the United States and Pakistan as a therapist, worked in Pakistan Association for Mental Health and hospital settings in research and clinical capacity, and is currently in private practice. Nida also has a diploma in Clinical Supervision, and supervises both therapists in training, as well as qualified therapists in the field. She is also currently on the faculty of The Lyceum, where she teaches Psychology and leads the Spoken Word poetry program. Her passion is to integrate the expressive arts into clinical therapeutic settings.
