    Meet Charlie Wong, a chef, businessman and Belfast original. The Wong's have been in NI since the 1950s and have established themselves as prominent entrepreneurs in Belfast city. Charlie returned to his beloved home Belfast, after 10 years living around the world, to take over the family restaurant. At only 44 years old Charlie is currently living with Stage 4 cancer, which started as a breast cancer diagnosis in 2019, a type of cancer not normally associated with men. Charlie wants to help raise awareness, especially among ethnic minority communities, by sharing his personal journey. We also chat about family, career, Western Medicine, Chinese Traditional Medicine, growing up in NI during the 'Troubles' and recent anti immigration sentiment exacerbated by Brexit.

Meath, Kelvin is now based in Nottingham where he is a Sous Chef at Sat Baines, a two-Michelin Star restaurant. We chat about food mainly! from chicken balls, 3 in 1s to artichokes and his love for authentic Chinese home cooking which has led him to Instagram stardom during the pandemic.
