Friendly companion for all runners

Coach Bennett’s advice and stories are quietly motivating and uniquely wonderful. He’s like everyone’s American dad on his best dad day, making us kids know we are going to be alright, and that running is indeed great.

I started running late in life, and Coach Bennett’s guided runs and advice have halped me love running and know how to do it right. This podcast is an extension of the helpful advice and positive attitude in thise guided runs; he has helped me and I imagine many many others.
