    Mastering Menopause Early

    Mastering Menopause Early

Hello everyone, and welcome to episode #10.  With us today all the way from the UK is Deborah Forsythe, The Menopause Consultant. I came across Deborah's practice on social and her content spoke me.  What we all come to realize as midlife women is that our journey to menopause looks and feels different for each of us.  I've been wanting to explore and simply talk about all that well, we don't about enough when it comes to this pivotal phase in our lives. So, needless to say, I'm very excited to share this episode with you.
With over 25 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Deborah is certified by the Marion Gluck Academy, in hormone balancing therapy using Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy and body identical therapy.
Her interest in Menopause and related hormonal disturbances came from her own experience. Despite knowing and understanding the process, when it happened to her, she describes it as chaos. Deborah promised herself she would find the pathways to empower other women with the opportunity to change their own experience and take control of their menopause in a productive way. Through her work, Deb's clients regain their confidence and make informed decisions about their menopause transition.

Breast Health Real Talk with Dr. Donna Marie Manasseh

Breast Health Real Talk with Dr. Donna Marie Manasseh

Today we're learning all things related to breast health with Dr. Donna Marie Manasseh.  I hope you'll agree with me that Dr. Manasseh and I covered all the bases (from what to expect from your doctors, to the impact of weight, what we eat and much more).  I'm also sharing for the first time in a public platform my personal breast story.
Dr. Donna-Marie Manasseh is the Director of Breast Surgery at the Maimonides Breast Cancer Center in Brooklyn, NY. Prior to joining the Maimonides team, she was the Co-Director of the Women's Breast Center and the Chief of Breast Surgery at Stamford Hospital. She is a strong advocate of empowering women by educating them about breast health and disease, in the hopes that this education will lead to earlier detection and a better chance of being cured. Dr. Manasseh is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and I think I could have spent the entire episode listing her numerous awards and accolades {smile}.  She is a treasure, ladies.

We love to hear your feedback.  Thanks for spending this time with us. Please share, rate & review.

    Stay in touch:
