Today, we discuss the dichotomy between amateurism and professionalism in NCAA athletics. This discussion is in the context of the recent development in the Pac-12 of a number of players co-signing a letter to the conference asking for certain forms of compensation, including medical coverage, both sport-related and Covid 19-related.
