For this new episode, I sat down with Anna Buzzoni who I’ve met about one year ago. She was giving one of her Medulla Workshop in Berlin. It was an introduction to the menstrual cycle. Understanding the different phases and how it mimics other life cycles (breathing, nature with seasons, the moon) I remember it like an aha moment. I knew I would use what I’ve learned for myself.
