    This morning my daughter lost her new toy. She ran around shouting and screaming at everyone (and blaming me.) She was firmly in her negative brain. Being in her negative brain didn't help her find her toy.

    If you are trying to lose weight and get healthy and not getting the results you want, chances are you're in your negative brain too.

    Your negative brain will give you lots of reasons why you can't get healthy.

    When you start to use your positive brain, you'll find it way easier to get the results you want.
