    Instead of solely counting calories, prioritize foods that are rich in nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and fiber. These foods tend to be more filling and satisfying, making it easier to stick to your diet while still meeting your nutritional needs.

Informative, interesting & entertaining

I started listening to Josh & KG a few months ago now and I can’t get enough. I have tried listening to other sports & health podcasts, but they didn’t do it for me.
You can really feel the passion these two have for training, nutrition and helping anyone interested in becoming fitter, healthier and happier.
For example, today’s episode 145 on supplements was fire! I love pre-workouts and was just excited listening to the episode but always had a stigma against creatine. Listening to them break down why it’s beneficial has definitely changed my mind. I’m genuinely looking forward to hearing more tips on enhancing my training in the future.
If you are an avid listener like me and want Josh & KG to keep the podcast up, give them a review. How this podcast isn’t even rated yet on iTunes doesn’t even make sense.
