This is a true chilling story of an outlaw, John Shaw, shot, killed, and buried in Canyon Diablo. Within 24 hours his body was dug up, propped up against a fence and given his last shot of Rot Gut whiskey that was left on the bar in Winslow the night before. Cheryl Heath did the artwork for my documentary I released in 1998 titled, "Ghosts In The Valley." I used the same artwork for my podcast of the same name. Cheryl has also sent me numerous sketches for ideas for my book cover. Not once wouldCheryl accept any money from me for her work. Cheryl has also sent me numerous stories on the paranormal.

She was confronted by a ghostly figure that came up and out of a gully at a local cemetery. I traveled there and did a follow up on that story. I hope you enjoy the two stories Cheryl sent to me to share.

Sadly, Cheryl passed away a couple of weeks ago. She will be missed. My prayers go out to Cheryl Heath's family.
