The new millennium has started off with a bang for the World Wrestling Federation, but the rivalry between Triple H and Cactus Jack has escalated since their street fight in Madison Square Garden last month. Hell in a Cell returns to the WWF as it's a Title vs Career match in a brutal main event!

We'd be repeating ourselves if we say that World Championship Wrestling has lost a lot of momentum since it's glory days, but WCW are turning to what worked in the past to get back on track. We've got a triple main event with Hulk Hogan vs Lex Luger, Ric Flair vs Terry Funk, and a Triple Threat for the World Title as Sid Vicious puts his championship on the line against Scott Hall and Jeff Jarrett!

Pay Per Views for the WWF dipped in quality over 1999 and really were quite a mixed bag, however they kicked off the new millennium with a bang with the 'Royal Rumble' to start the year. We look back at a very memorable PPV as the World Wrestling Federation's popularity began to soar to even bigger heights - even without Stone Cold Steve Austin!
