Sumbliminal Creative Expression with Zak Perez
Meet thought provoking, and wildly talented Zak Perez! In this episode Zak personally reads one of his poems with us and gives us a behind the scenes look into how he marries his desire to spread peace and good vibes with his unique creative processes. Zak is located in Orange County area, California and is an artist, poet, boxer, designer and web developer. “So what would you do if you found this seed? Would you plant it in your field like Matthew 13? Tell me what would you do if you found the seed? Plant it in your heart and let your spirit be cleaned.” -The Seed. There’s a couple different things going on in this portion of Zak’s poem. He is referencing two different parables (prophecies) from the Bible. The first is in looking at Luke 8:11, we can see that the “seed” is the word of God, and the word gives life. It’s taught that we need to have the word in our minds and in our hearts for us to grow. Astrology Forecast 6.26-7.1: Invitation to Surrender
This week is full of SPACE to empty and be still. With Mars stationing retrograde, a Capricorn Full Moon conjunct Saturn, Mercury leaving Cancer and entering into Leo, and the Moon taking multiple breaks from action while hanging out void-of-course-We are called to surrender to the unknown. Integration is a vital part of any transformation and evolution and it seems this week is going to reveal what keeps us from trusting in the call to relax and wait for the next phase. We are in a lot of open space and your challenge will be to not hurry to fill this space or move to find ground beneath your feet, but rather deepen your faith in yourself and in the unfolding of your path. Release resistance, return to your anchor and core values, and enjoy the open space to just Be.
