She earned an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, where She concentrated her studies on understanding and advancing women to the highest levels of leadership.
Dr. Cortney resides in Dallas, Texas, with her husband, daughters, dogs, and rescue kitty.
