The Eleflu Shot in the Room | Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015)
Just get the flu shot people. JD did not, and then the flu laid him out on our hosts' birthday weekend, ruining a planned romantic weekend and delaying this podcast episode. We had to watch Avengers: Age of Ultron a second time to make sure it was fresh in our minds. This movie is actually the inspiration for this podcast, and around the time the film first hit theaters, Samantha got some of the best news about our second child.

After a hectic holiday season, we finally got around to watching another movie. This time, we discuss the merits of printed out holiday cards, recap our first furniture purchase as a couple and why it screams 'Old West Brothel.' Oh, and we debate the pronunciation of the word ruined. How do you say it? Plus, this movie was so good, Sam didn't sleep one time, but she was ready to pass out by the end of the pod.

I Cleaned Up The Cat Puke | Thor: The Dark World (2013)
For the record, even though Samantha claimed she was going to clean up the cat puke, JD is the one who actually went over with a paper towel and sopped it up, an experience that was kind of like watching Thor: The Dark World. The movie didn't really excite during this rewatch, but that's OK, there was plenty happening in 2013 to reminisce about. Of course, we talk about kids. We mourn the passing of Stan Lee. And much, much more.
