Local food has struggled over the last few years to compete with large supermarket chains. However, in June last year when Britain voted to leave the EU, things changed. A YouGov poll showed that 7 in 10 shoppers would buy local food to support British farmers. So could Britain's exit from the EU lead to more shoppers buying local produce?

This weeks podcasts was one of my favourite topics: being healthy on a budget. I chatted with Rob Eades the Lean Student Chef about student life and how it actually isn't that difficult to be healthy and lean on a budget.
