Mental Health
I really wanted to talk about my mental health and what I've been through in life. I wanted to also make this episode about mental health in case someone is struggling and don't know how to ask for help. I want everyone to know that I am a very safe place. And that things do truly get better and that it's worth it to keep on fighting! I love you all! Trigger warning I do talk about domestic violence and suicide.

Growing up Black in America
For my first episode I wanted to make it shorter. I'm really passionate about this topic. As a mixed black women growing up in America I want to share my experiences and hopefully it can help someone out. I really want to continue to cover this topic I feel like you I could cover this and talk about this for the rest of my life. I really want this podcast to be a safe place for every single person who listens to it. And hopefully there is an episode that everyone can relate to.
