Killer Mail Mary Jane and Brad

Podcast episode 2 is here! In this episode we discuss what our research has found so far and open a new box.
We discuss an article from the Baltimore Sun from 2016 about concrete, swans, constellations, and mythology.
We begin to discuss cryptography regarding the code that was on an article from the first box…we’re coming up lost on this and need to explore it more.

Apparently Brad and I don’t have enough to do so we thought we’d start a new hobby (or 2).  A few months ago I decided that I wanted to start a podcast.  I love podcasts and enjoy listening to them as much as I can; my favorite podcast is My Favorite Murder.  I spend a fair amount of time with true crime tv shows on in the background.  Either through me playing that podcast or watching true crime shows all the time, Brad has developed an interest as well.  The network that plays those shows runs a commercial for an interesting subscription box quite often; that subscription box is the Hunt a Killer game.
One day last week, after seeing the commercial for the 100th time, I texted Brad while he was at work and asked him if he’d be interested in trying the game out with me.  He said he would look into it and that was it so I kinda dropped it.  To my surprise, he actually signed us up to start it and wondered if I would want to start a podcast based on it.
This is that podcast.
This is our first episode.  Right now we plan to record approximately every other week; that will allow us to research and figure out the clues so that we can report back about our findings and methods.
