Welcome to the sixteenth episode of zero to one podcast. Today, we are traveling back to the west coast to sit down with the talented Micah Manaitai. I am super excited about this message today because Micah has a fascinating story that traces back to his roots on the island of Guam. It was through a family friend that we were able to connect, and I have enjoyed listening to his music and familiarizing myself with his story.        

In today's interview, we discuss Micah's transition to LA and how that has transformed his career. We talk about his personal experiences back in Guam and how that has influenced his music. Micah then talks about the instrumental role his parents have played in his music career. He then informs us about the impact of learning the music that inspired his influencers and how that approach has helped shape his sound. We discuss what the writing process looks like for him and how having that network of people is very helpful in the creative process. Micah talks about some of his favorite producers and how he would like to pursue this avenue of the music industry further in the future.
