Short-lived, Fun, Informal Podcast on Michael Jackson
Andrew and Jordan were 18 and 23 years old at the time or recording. Andrew grew up between a former Soviet Union country and the UK where he was based during the podcast and Jordan is in New Zealand.
I stumbled across it looking for the 2015 “The MJ Cast” and the 7 episodes, spanning from weeks before the release of the infamous “Michael” compilation at the end of 2010, to early 2011, offers an informal conversation where the two friends review albums from “Michael” backward to “Dangerous”.
At the end of the 7th and last episode in 2011, they discuss meeting again a couple of weeks later but no other episode appear to have been published.
Listening to it is reminiscent of the excitement we felt when a compilation of unreleased songs was suddenly announced, 18 months after Michael Jackson died.
It’s very informal which makes it fun to listen to.
Depending on how informed you are, you might either learn about Michael Jackson, or wish you could wisper the correct answers to them, ir simply enjoy listening.
