I began my journey in North Carolina with my father's business in technology, ESP LLC, founded by my father, Roger Elliott. I later attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro studying music education and trumpet performance.

After graduating, I moved to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue a career in the music industry, eventually landing a publishing deal with Reverb XL out of London. The CEO’s unexpected passing lead me back to Nashville where I began developing customer service and people managing skills in the hospitality business.

After several years of opening and managing restaurants in the Nashville area, I decided to use all of my experience along with the many years of IT/Telecom experience of my brother, Joe Elliott, to open our own branch of ESP. We re-branded as Elliott System Partners specializing in Unified Communications (VOIP/Contact Centers) & Cellular Mobility Solutions.

Dr. Frank Marghella is a native of Massapequa, New York, and attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, graduating in 2006. Dr. Marghella enjoys working out, watching sporting events, traveling, playing fantasy football, swimming, boating, playing Mario Kart, and playing outside with his kids. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Jaima, for 14 years and has two lovely daughters, Gianna and Everlee. He moved to Nashville right after graduating chiropractic school in 2006 and currently resides in Nolensville, TN.
