It's so important to understand our progress and find ways to maintain it in a positive direction. This podcast has helped me progress in a lot of ways and I hope it does the same for those listening.

Reflection is an important part of understanding, accepting and evolving ourselves. It helps us take into account our journey and where it may lead us especially for anyone that identifies as LGBTQIA+.

It's important to know when to share our opinions especially when we know they can be hurtful without being constructive or well informed. LGBTQIA+ people are offered a lot of unsolicited and hateful opinions that make it harder to live our true selves and feel welcomed.

We've all been confused about some aspect or decision in our lives but what happens when that confusion makes you question who you inherently are? LGBTQIA+ folks experience this type of confusion at least once in our lives and I share how it affected me.

We all choose various ways to express ourselves but the freedom of expression is not always equally extended to everyone. Especially for the LGBTQIA+ community, expression is an important way to convey identity and build connections.

We are all on a path of discovery throughout life but what about when we discover something that seems fundamentally different from people around us? Most LGBTQIA+ individuals have had a discovery like this so let us talk about it.
