Chisai Chatter, another way of saying Small Talk! In this corner of the web, I speak about wellness practices and whatever comes to mind! Hence the small talk. Ironically, it’s anything BUT small. And every guest is inspirational.

Ep 3 | Plain Eggo Waffles ft Getting Good (Andre Felix)

Oddcast meets Getting Good. In this episode, two creators of their own podcasts have a conversation together over voice and video chat. They talk about life, including mental health and how we got out of the holes we were initially in, one being with the help of an eggo waffle.

EP 2 | Living in the Present

EP 2 | Living in the Present

Living in the present is harder than it seems; we all have a tendency to lean towards living in the past, whether it be in great memories or regret but some of us chase our futures too hard without realizing what’s around us now. In this episode, I pose some questions that help the audience to reflect and think about where they live, whether that’s in the past, the present or the future. The importance of living in the present is immense because once we are able to exist in the now, we can truly recognize the greatness around us and what we already have. It isn’t about what we used to have or what we want to attain (both are wonderful), but it’s about what we have right in this moment.

Episode 1: The Act of Gratitude

Episode 1: The Act of Gratitude

The topic of the first episode of this podcast is the Gratitude and integrating the Act of Gratitude in our daily lives. During times of craziness and chaos in our lives, especially in 2020 alone, it is so easy to lose sight of what we DO have in place of the things, people or relationships that we have lost. Adding the Act of Gratitude as a daily habit is meant to serve as a tool to better our daily lives and to help us breathe easier when we feel like we're drowning. All I can say is that I'm grateful for you, truly!
