Okay, I'll admit it, the first time I met Craig Kielberger, I was teary-eyed within five minutes. He was sharing his story with me, of how he founded a global movement for good, when he was 12 years old. I've had the good fortune to work with him on the branding and design of WE with my amazing talented team at Tether and have joined the Board to help grow the WE Movement to empower people to change the world. Feel the Craig love.

Look out. Spencer Proffer visited the always hopping Office Hours set at the Tether worldwide headquarters where we talked about some of our projects-in-progress like Hendrix and Graham Nash and movies and new music and apps and tv shows and... Spencer's history and pedigree speak for themselves (watch and see). We are having a lot of fun combining our complimentary backgrounds and skills and creating amazing stories.

Design already has passion and energy and beauty, but somehow being in Havana and meeting designers at the Seattle-Havana-Tehran poster show, like Idania del Río, everything is heightened. I had a fun time talking to Idania about her passion for design.

Tim Storey grabs you. When Spencer Proffer first told me about Tim, I looked him up online and watched him speaking to an audience on Oprah Winfrey’s Super Soul Sessions. Now, I am as skeptical as many of you (you know who you are) about motivational speakers but Tim grabbed me. His mix of humor, common sense and inspiration hit me. Even the way he said, “turn your setbacks into comebacks” hit me as a truth that I needed to listen to. Sing to us Tim.

The technical evangelist, Robert Scoble, and I have had a mutual fascination with the expertise of each other. He, from the bleeding edge of technology and usability and myself from the brand experience side of things. Whenever we are in the same city we try to get together and meld minds and see what’s happening in each other’s worlds. I always learn something from him and always have fun doing it.

I have known Nonie Creme (great name right?) for some years. When I was first introduced to her by Victoria Tsai, of Tatcha fame, she was prowling backstage at NY Fashion Week introducing everyone to her very cool nail brand, Butter London. We’ve stayed in touch, hoping to be able to collaborate at some point on something fun. She most recently launched the eponymous Nonie Creme Colour Prevails. I continue to be a groupie and was excited to catch up with her and all that is going on in her life in this Office Hours episode.
