Prayer Part 2 - Family Room Conversations - Season 3 Ep.2 FBC Rincon - Family Room Conversations

    • Cristianismo

Welcome back to the Family Room Conversations!

This week we’re going back to a topic we looked at a couple of weeks ago. Toward this end of last season we talked about prayer and its purpose. We landed on the purpose of prayer being to align our will with God’s will. A few weeks after that someone asked a really great question about that assumption.

They asked if the purpose of prayer is to line up our hopes and desires with the Father’s hopes and desires, what is the purpose of group prayer? We often pray for groups and join in with groups in another person’s prayer. But why do we do that? And how does that fit in with the purpose of prayer we arrived at earlier?

If you enjoy this episode, be sure to leave us a like or a comment, or whatever the norm is for your specific platform. Do you have a question, or a seeming contradiction you’ve found in scripture that you’d like to share with us? We’d love to hear from you! But even if you don’t have a question you want us to discuss, we love your feedback!
