Meet my new friend Nick who has created a documentary called Body Electric. The film showcases the history of queer culture and its fixation on the body, investigating its growth, the impact of the AIDS crisis, and the effects of social media. 
Just because someone looks a certain way doesn't mean they aren't experiencing pain, loss, insecurities, trauma and sadness. Nick talks about the documentary, his story and each step it took to why he created the film.

Isabel Omero had a four-decade career as a Script Supervisor for tv situation comedies like “Newsradio,” “8 Simple Rules,” and most notably, all seven seasons of “The Golden Girls.” After sitcoms, Isabel went on to produce and host art, music, fashion, and dance events, along with vaudeville-style revues throughout Los Angeles. She came out as a transgender woman in 2019. Her work with various nonprofits, including Burbank’s first-ever LGBTQIA+ Pride celebration, resulted in her being named Burbank’s 2023 Woman Of The Year by Congressman Adam Schiff.
