On Real Life with Sheila and Gina - We are going to talk about the stuff we aren’t “supposed “ to talk about. We don’t believe in that, so No topic is off-limits, from parenting, to control issues to boundary setting and everything in between, we are going to have candid, real conversations. There may be tears, there is definitely going to be laughter. And yes there will be cursing We are going to talk about the stuff that keeps you up at night, the things that are inside you, yet you don’t talk about them- the stuff that gets in the way of your happiness. We are going to have real conversations! Sheila, an ex-corporate superstar who gave up the 9-5 to coach women who are stuck & unhappy in their lives. She wrestles to keep a balance between her rebellious side and her people-pleasing side, while juggling being an adoptive mom of a special needs 18 years, a wife to an awesome guy who drives her periodically crazy and a recent move to be near her aging parents. Gina Best is a serial entrepreneur and a maverick coach with a penchant for pushing people’s buttons and compelling business owners to deal with their personal shit so they can attack their businesses with passion and authenticity. She speaks to and inspires audiences across the continent, and still find – rather make – time to be a mostly patient mom to two wild boys, a witty and wonderful friend, a shoe hoarder, and a bold and gracious mentor to new businesswomen in her community. Gina can be tough and gritty, has a huge heart and a unique view of the world which she brings to the conversations with Sheila. Sit back, buckle up for a wild ride.
