In this episode, Jewel and Chrislyn talk about affection and how it can be expressed as love.  Jewel and Chrislyn highlight comments from audience members about this topic and also highlight the different types of mother/daughter relationships.  They ask what does affection mean and discover how affection, expressions of love can be intertwined.  What's your love language?  How do you express love?  What type of relationship do you have with your mother?  That relationship has implications on how the daughter views herself and the world.  More importantly, how do you express your love to your mother or daughter?  

Because last episode was pretty heavy, Jewel and Chrislyn check in to see how they processed the previous episode that talked about Chrislyn being kicked out the house as a teen.  This episode reflects on the previous episode, lessons learned and responding to viewer feedback.  

After taking some time off from the podcast, Jewel and Chrislyn decide to go deeper and talk about when Chrislyn got kicked out the house.  They talk about how that experience impacted them both as mother and daughter.  They both discover that open communication, trust, love, and forgiveness are at the roots of this difficult experience to continue to heal their relationship.
