In this episode we sit down with a true “young hustler”, Carlton E Bynum II who runs and operates his agency, Ad Genius, out of Houston, Texas. By 23 years old Carlton has spent $1 million roughly across Facebook and Google ad platforms and has already started a 2nd business that provides him with automatic income while he sleeps. We dive in behind the success and into what has driven Carlton from his humble beginnings to joining the marines and then zapping himself into the agency world, Carlton tells us about his journey, struggles and gives us tips on how to also tap into the potential online that he has found.
